Hello- My name is Marcie Faust. I am the counselor at Cottonwood Elementary. This is my eighth year in the district and my sixteenth year in education. I received my bachelors degree from Emporia State University. Then, I obtained a first grade teaching position at Ewalt Elementary in Augusta. After completing my masters in counseling I ventured to Cottonwood. It has been a remarkable experience. I truly enjoy the students and staff. It has a very warm and inviting atmosphere. I have also received training in mediation. I have three children. Zachary is a seventh grader at AMS. My daughter Lindsay is a tenth grader at AHS. Carlie is an infant.  She joined the clan in April of 2009.  They are very active and keep me busy. I enjoy running, reading, spending time with my friends and K-State football. Go CATS!!!
